Cruise In Galapagos S.A.S. Polices
To confirm any charter, cruise, or yacht, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid up to two months prior to the departure date, according to the terms of the selected yacht.
Payments can be made using any major credit card or via bank transfer to our company account.
Once payment is received, you will be sent a voucher with all the details of the activity, including what is included and what is not included.
Cancellations
Cancellations follow this schedule:

Between 11 and 4 months before departure: 100% refund.

Between 4 months and 3 months before departure: 90% refund.

Between 2 months and 29 days before departure: 50% refund.

Between 28 days and 1 day before departure: no refund (100% penalty), as the yacht cannot resell the space on such short notice.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover flight delays or cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. We will provide all the necessary documentation to help you process your claim with the insurance company and recover up to 100% of your payment.
All itineraries and reservations are subject to change without prior notice in the event of civil disturbances, natural disasters, or regulations issued by the Galápagos National Park.
